Instructions

    Make dough with maida, salt, oil, and water. Knead well and rest for 20 minutes.

    Mash potatoes. Temper cumin, add potatoes, peas, and all spices. Cook for 5 minutes. Cool the filling.

    Roll dough into circles, cut in half. Form cones and fill with the potato mixture. Seal edges with water.
