Instructions

    Boil potatoes, cauliflower, and peas together until very soft. Mash roughly.

    Heat butter, sauté finely chopped onions until golden. Add chopped tomatoes and capsicum.

    Add pav bhaji masala and mashed vegetables. Mash everything together while cooking for 10 minutes.

    Add water to adjust consistency. Top with a generous amount of butter.

    Slit pav, toast with butter on a tawa. Serve bhaji with toasted pav, onion rings, and lemon wedges.
