  • Ripe mangoes3
  • Heavy cream1 cup
  • Sugar1/4 cup
  • Gelatin1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice1 tbsp

Instructions

    Peel mangoes and blend into a smooth puree. Add sugar and lemon juice, mix well.

    Bloom gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes. Dissolve over low heat and mix into mango puree.

    Whip cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mango mixture.

    Pour into glasses or moulds. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set. Garnish with mango slices.
